Booking and Trip Contract:
Your trip is officially confirmed once we send a booking confirmation following the receipt of your deposit. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details appear to be incorrect or missing.
Payment Policy:
To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total trip cost. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the trip begins. We prefer cash payments in any major currency, though we do accept card payments or bank transfers. Please note that any international transaction fees are your responsibility.
Cancellation and Changes:
If you need to modify your booking after confirming the trip, please inform us as soon as possible, at least 30 days before the trip. You can either reschedule the trip or transfer it to another person, though trip costs may vary. In the event of cancellation, a written notice is required 30 days in advance for a deposit refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cutting the Trip Short:
If you decide to end your trip earlier than planned, refunds for unused services will not be provided. Additionally, any costs incurred as a result of returning home early are your responsibility. We recommend that you check with your travel insurance provider, as some policies may cover trip curtailment.
Visa Requirements for Nepal:
Upon entering Nepal, visa fees are payable at the immigration desk. Fees include:
- $30 for a 15-day visa
- $50 for a 30-day visa
- $125 for a 90-day visa
We recommend that you fill out the online visa application before arriving in Nepal. Your passport must be valid for at least six months and have a blank page for the visa stamp.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost belongings, and evacuation. If you are climbing, ensure your policy includes coverage for mountaineering activities. For assistance with insurance, feel free to contact us.
Service Refusal:
We reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time if there is misconduct such as fighting, excessive drinking, or verbal abuse toward others, including staff and fellow trekkers. Respectful behavior is expected throughout the trip.
Use of Photos and Videos:
We may take photos or videos during your trek and use them for promotional purposes on our website or social media. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be featured.
