Day 2: Flight from Kathmandu (1400m) to Lukla (2840m) then Trek to Phakding (2610m)

  • Activity: Early morning flight to Lukla. Meet the porter and guide. Trek to Phakding along the Dudh Kosi Valley.
  • Distance/Duration: 7.8 km / 3 to 4 hours.
  • Accommodation: Tea House or Lodge.
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
  • Notes: Slow pace recommended to acclimatize.

Day 3: Trek from Phakding (2610m) to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

  • Activity: Trek through Tok-Tok, Bhenkar, and Monjo. Check permits at Sagarmatha National Park gate. Climb to Namche Bazaar.
