Tilicho Lake & Annapurna Circuit Trek – 16 Days
Introduction
The Annapurna Circuit Trek with Tilicho Lake is a remarkable Himalayan journey that combines natural beauty, cultural exploration, and high-altitude adventure. This 16-day trek takes you deep into the Annapurna region, where you will witness snow-covered peaks, peaceful mountain villages, and dramatic landscapes.
Organized by ART Nepal Treks & Expedition, this trek offers a complete experience of the Annapurna region. The journey passes through the deep Kali Gandaki gorge, beautiful valleys, and the stunning turquoise waters of Tilicho Lake. The trail gradually changes from green forests to rocky mountain terrain and desert-like landscapes as you move higher.
The adventure begins with a drive from Kathmandu toward the trekking starting point. Along the way, you will see terraced farms, waterfalls, and traditional villages. The trek then moves through Chame, Upper Pisang, and Manang, where you experience Tibetan-influenced culture and warm local hospitality.
After proper acclimatization in Manang, the trail leads to Tilicho Base Camp and then to the breathtaking Tilicho Lake. Later, the trek continues toward Thorong La Pass (5,416m), which is the highest point of the journey. From the pass, you descend to the sacred village of Muktinath.
The trip ends with a scenic flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, followed by a drive back to Kathmandu.
This trek is suitable for physically fit trekkers who are prepared for long walking days and high altitude conditions. With experienced guides from ART Nepal Treks & Expedition, your safety and comfort are always prioritized.
