The journey passes through the deep Kali Gandaki gorge, beautiful valleys, and the stunning turquoise waters of Tilicho Lake. The trail gradually changes from green forests to rocky mountain terrain and desert-like landscapes as you move higher.
The adventure begins with a drive from Kathmandu toward the trekking starting point. Along the way, you will see terraced farms, waterfalls, and traditional villages. The trek then moves through Chame, Upper Pisang, and Manang, where you experience Tibetan-influenced culture and warm local hospitality.
After proper acclimatization in Manang, the trail leads to Tilicho Base Camp and then to the breathtaking Tilicho Lake. Later, the trek continues toward Thorong La Pass (5,416m), which is the highest point of the journey. From the pass, you descend to the sacred village of Muktinath.
The trip ends with a scenic flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, followed by a drive back to Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from ART Nepal Treks & Expedition will receive you and transfer you to your hotel in Thamel. After check-in, you can rest or explore the nearby market area. In the evening, there will be a short trek briefing about the journey ahead.
Today we leave Kathmandu early in the morning. The drive follows rivers, hills, and countryside villages. After reaching Besisahar, we continue by jeep to Dharapani. The road offers scenic views of waterfalls, terraced fields, and the Marsyangdi River.
The trekking begins officially today. The trail passes through forests and small settlements with beautiful views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II. The path gradually climbs until we reach Chame, the district headquarters of Manang.
The trail today goes through pine and rhododendron forests. You will cross suspension bridges and enjoy stunning views of Pisang Peak and Chulu Peak. The valley begins to widen as we approach Upper Pisang.
Today’s walk offers amazing Himalayan scenery. You will pass through Tibetan-style villages and visit Barge Monastery if time allows. The landscape becomes drier and more open as you reach Manang.
This rest day helps your body adjust to higher altitude. You can hike to Gangapurna Lake or nearby viewpoints for better acclimatization. Short hikes are helpful for adaptation.
The trail moves toward Tilicho route today. You will walk through conifer forests and pass Khangsar village. The altitude increases gradually.
The path becomes narrower and rocky. You will walk along landslide-prone sections carefully. After a few hours, you reach Tilicho Base Camp.
Early morning hike to Tilicho Lake. The lake is peaceful and surrounded by high snowy mountains. After enjoying the view, we return back to Siri Kharka.
Today the trail rejoins the main Annapurna Circuit route. You pass through Khangsar village and open grazing lands where yaks are often seen.
The trail slowly climbs higher. You pass Ledar village and continue toward Thorong Phedi, which is the base before crossing the pass.
This is the most challenging day. Early morning start to cross Thorong La Pass. From the top, you get panoramic Himalayan views. After taking photos, descend to Muktinath.
The trail descends through Jharkot and Kagbeni villages. The landscape becomes windy and dry. Jomsom is a lively town in Mustang.
Early morning scenic flight to Pokhara. The short flight offers amazing aerial views of the Annapurna range. Free time in Pokhara.
Drive back to Kathmandu along the Trishuli River. Enjoy countryside scenery.
Transfer to the airport for your final departure.
